Candidates: How do I change my email address?
Whether you’re switching jobs, closing an old inbox, or just tidying up your digital life, updating your email in Vetty is quick and painless. Here’s how to make the switch like a pro.
If your background check hasn’t been submitted yet and you can’t get into your Vetty account. Just send us a note at support@vetty.co with your current and new email addresses. Our team will swoop in and get that updated for you.
If your background check has been submitted and you can log into your Vetty account then please do the following.
Head over to applicant.vetty.co and follow the steps below based on your device:
On a laptop or desktop:

Log in and click your profile icon in the upper right corner.

Select Change Email.

On a mobile device:

Tap the Menu button.

Select Change Email.

Add your new email address

Under Add New Email, type in the new address you’d like to use.

Click Submit.

Want to make that your main login? Click Set as Primary Email.
Vetty will send you a security token to both your old and new emails. Copy both codes into the matching fields and hit Submit.

Note: Your primary email is your old email address and your pending email is the new email you've entered.
Once your tokens are verified, your email is officially updated. From now on, you’ll log in using your new email address.
