How do I change my email? 

If your background check has not yet been submitted and you can't get into Vetty, please write to support@vetty.co we will be able to update your email address. 

 

If your Background check has been submitted and you CAN log into Vetty, please log in at applicant.vetty.co. Depending on which device you're using, follow the instructions below. 

On a laptop/desktop: Go to the upper right-hand corner and select change email. 

Or on your mobile device, select the Menu button in the upper right hand corner and select Change Email

 
  • Under "Add New Email" add the new email you would like to use. Click Submit.
  • If you would like to log in with the new email, select Set as Primary Email
  • The Vetty system will send you a security token to the old email and the new email. Paste theses security tokens into the corresponding fields and click Submit
  • The primary email is the original email entered and the pending email is the new email you've entered. 
  • Once you've submitted the tokens, your email will be successfully updated. You will only be able to log in with the new primary email address.
