How do I download a copy of the background check I ran?

Looking to grab a copy of a background check? Totally doable. Here’s how to get your hands on that report:

1. First, make sure you actually have permission to view the report. If something looks locked down or you’re missing visibility, just tap your company’s account admin, and they’ll get you squared away.
2. Once your access is confirmed, click on the candidate file you're interested in. 
3. Head over to Documents and Disclosures.
4. At the top, look for the section labeled Reports.
5. Click the Final Report hyperlink to download your copy.
   

Can't find the report? Don’t worry — it didn’t vanish. If the background check wrapped up more than 90 days ago, it automatically moves to your historical candidate dashboard. Give that section a peek, and you’ll likely find exactly what you’re looking for.
