How do I reschedule my Health Screening?

This will tell you how to reschedule your health screening or drug test.

If your donor pass is not yet expired, you can easily reschedule your drug test by following the steps below. 

1. Log into your applicant profile at applicant.vetty.co 
2. Select the "Change Location" button. This button is in the top right corner of the appointment details screen
   
3. Select Yes to cancel the current order
4. Search for the zipcode where you would like the screening. This can be the same zipcode or a different one. 
5. Select the location where you would like to do your health screening. This can be the same clinic or a different one
6. Click "Change Location"
   
7. Let the system load. You will now see the updated expiration date and new donor pass. You will need to use the New donor pass and disregard the old pass. Ensure you bring this to the clinic to ensure they perform all services properly

If your donor pass is expired, you will need to reach out to your hiring manager/recruiter to reschedule your service for you.
