Need to switch up your appointment? We’ve made it super simple. If your donor pass hasn’t expired yet, just follow these steps to snag a new time and place:
- Log into your applicant profile at applicant.vetty.co.
- On the appointment details screen, click Change Location (top right corner—hard to miss).
- When prompted, select Yes to cancel your current order.
- Search by ZIP code for the area where you want your screening. You can choose the same ZIP or a totally new one.
- Choose the clinic you want, whether it’s the original location or somewhere else.
- Hit Change Location to lock it in.
- Give the system a moment to work its magic. You’ll see a new expiration date and a brand-new donor pass. Make sure to take the new pass with you to your appointment. Your clinic needs this to perform all the correct services. The old pass can go sit in the recycle bin of life.
If your donor pass has already expired, you’ll just need to reach out to your hiring manager or recruiter, and they’ll get the reschedule sorted for you.
