How to switch profiles to find different background checks within Vetty
Your Vetty account is tied to your email address. If you have multiple Vetty background associated with your email address, you may need to switch between your profiles.
On Desktop/Laptops:
Upon login, you will be able to switch profiles by clicking on the Switch Profile option in the top right
You will see the profiles that are associated with your email as well as the company who ordered them and the status of the file. This will be in the below format:
Company Name - Date ordered (Status)
Select the profile you are wanting to access and click Ok.
On Mobile:
You will be able to switch profiles by tapping the Menu button and then Switch Profile
You will see the profiles that are associated with your email as well as the company who ordered them and the status of the file. This will be in the below format:

Select the profile you are wanting to access and click Ok.
