Sometimes you may have more than one Vetty background tied to the same email address (busy bee, aren’t you?). When that happens, you’ll need to switch between your profiles. The good news? It’s quick and easy. We'll show you how.
On Desktop/Laptops:
After logging in, click Switch Profile in the top right corner.
You’ll see all profiles associated with your email, along with the company that ordered each background check and the current status. They’ll appear in this format:
Company Name – Date Ordered (Status).
Simply select the profile you want to access, then click Ok.
On Mobile:
After logging in, tap the Menu button, then choose Switch Profile.
You’ll see the profiles linked to your email, shown in the same format:
Company Name – Date Ordered (Status).
Select the profile you want, then tap Ok.
