# How to switch profiles in Vetty

## How to switch profiles to find different background checks within Vetty.

Sometimes you may have more than one Vetty background tied to the same email address (busy bee, aren’t you?). When that happens, you’ll need to switch between your profiles. The good news? It’s quick and easy. We'll show you how.

### **On Desktop/Laptops: **

After logging in, click **Switch Profile** in the **top right corner**.

You’ll see all profiles associated with your email, along with the company that ordered each background check and the current status. They’ll appear in this format:  
**Company Name – Date Ordered (Status).**

Simply select the profile you want to access, then click **Ok.**

### **On Mobile: **

After logging in, tap the **Menu** button, then choose **Switch Profile**.

You’ll see the profiles linked to your email, shown in the same format:  
**Company Name – Date Ordered (Status).**

Select the profile you want, then tap **Ok.**
