I disputed a charge, now what happens?

When you submit a dispute, Vetty reviews and validates the information on the report in question.  The FCRA requires that a reinvestigation be completed within 30 days. 

Once the reinvestigation and dispute process is complete, Vetty will notify you via email of the results.  If the reinvestigation leads to changes in your background check, your Vetty Profile will be updated. Additionally, the company or service provider will be notified that the dispute is complete and ready for review.
