I disputed a charge, what happens next?

Once you submit a dispute, Vetty gets to work reviewing and validating the information you flagged. As required by the FCRA, we’ll complete a reinvestigation within 30 days.

When everything is wrapped up, you’ll get an email with the results. If anything in your background check changes, your Vetty Profile will update automatically. We’ll also notify the company or service provider that the dispute review is complete and ready for their eyes.
