      How to check County Criminal ETA's

      How to find the ETA for a Pending County Criminal Check

      To check the ETA of a County criminal search, you can click on the down carrot next to County Criminal Check. In the table that appears below, you will see several data points.

      3. Ordered date
      4. Completed date
      5. ETA 
      6. Any additional notes will also be shown here.

      These dates are an estimate based on the past 90 days of searches in this County. 

      If it is past the ETA date and the check is still In Progress, please check for researcher notes in the Activity Feed or in the above county criminal section.

      We also post specific, outside factor updates to our  US County Delay sheet which will inform you if there is a external factory causing delays in this county. Recent delays have been due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, and DOB redaction legislation.
