Fountain Integration

Learn how to connect and use Vetty's Fountain Integration.

Connecting Vetty with Fountain just made high-volume hiring even smoother. Fountain helps the world’s biggest brands scale fast and with Vetty plugged in, you can screen candidates without skipping a beat.

Let’s get you set up.

Set Up Vetty Integration

  1. Enable Vetty in Fountain: Reach out to your Fountain Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email support@fountain.com and ask them to enable Vetty as an integration option.
  2. Grab Your Vetty Account ID: Contact your Vetty CSM or email support@vetty.co and we’ll send your Account ID ASAP.
  3. Log into your Fountain account: Get into your account and click on your initial bubble on the top right-hand side of the screen, and click Integrations.
  4. Go to Screening: Select the Screening tab on the left and scroll down to the New Partners section.
  5. Connect Vetty: Find Vetty and click Connect.
  6. Paste Your Account ID: On the next page, pop your Vetty Account ID into the field.
  7. Save Your Changes: Hit Save Changes, and boom...you’re connected.

Vetty Labels Found in Fountain

When Vetty sends updates back to Fountain, you’ll see the following status labels. Here are their Vetty status equivalents:

  • Applicant In Progress
    • Vetty’s Pending Candidate
    • We’re waiting on the candidate to complete their info.
  • Pending Result
    • Vetty’s In Progress screening status.
  • Clear
    • Same as Vetty’s Clear status.
  • Review Needed
    • Vetty’s Review Needed
    • Something needs your eyes.
  • Pre-adverse Action
    • Vetty’s Pre-Adverse Action status.
  • Adverse Action
    • Vetty’s Adverse Action status.
  • Reviewed
    • Vetty’s Reviewed status.
  • IDV Fail
    • Vetty’s IDV Fail
    • The candidate's identity verification didn’t pass. Check their Vetty profile to resolve or request more docs.
  • IDV Fail: Possible duplicate ID
    • IDV Fail with alert: Possible Duplicate ID
  • IDV Fail: Selfie mismatch and other ID flags
    • IDV Fail with alert: Selfie Mismatch and Other ID Flags
  • IDV Fail: ID name mismatch
    • IDV Fail with alert: ID Name Mismatch
  • IDV Fail: Clear
    • Candidate previously failed IDV in Vetty but has since been cleared by your team or Vetty.
