Fountain Integration

 

Fountain is the high-volume hiring platform empowering the world's leading brands to streamline and scale their recruiting function.

Prerequisites:
Must be a Fountain customer prior to starting the integration process

 

Set up Vetty Integration

 

  1. Reach out to your CSM or support@fountain.com to enable Vetty as an Integration option on your account. Once Vetty has been enabled for your account move to step 2.
  2. Contact the Vetty team to request your Account ID.
  3. Log into Fountain at https://www.fountain.com/users/sign_in. Click on your initial bubble on the top right-hand side of the screen, and click Integrations.

  4. Click on the Screening tab on the left-hand side. Scroll down to the New Partners section.

  5. On the next page, paste in your Vetty Account ID from Step 2

  6. Click Save Changes, and you're done!

 

Vetty Labels found in Fountain

 

  • Applicant In Progress - Vetty's Pending Candidate status where we are awaiting a candidate's information to be filled out. 
  • Pending Result - Vetty's In Progress status
  • Clear - Vetty's Clear Status
  • Review Needed - Vetty's Review Needed Status
  • Pre-adverse Action - Vetty's Pre-Adverse Action Status
  • Adverse Action - Vetty's Adverse Action Status
  • Reviewed - Vetty's Reviewed Status
  • IDV Fail - Vetty's IDV is in the Fail status. Please check the applicant profile on Vetty to clear the Fail, and request additional documents, or you can end the background check process.
  • Idv fail: Possible duplicate id - Vetty's IDV Fail status with Alert: Possible Duplicate ID
  • Idv fail: Selfie mismatch and other id flags - Vetty's IDV Fail status with Alert: Selfie Mismatch And Other ID Flags
  • Idv fail: Id name mismatch - Vetty's IDV Fail status with Alert: Id Name Mismatch
  • Idv fail: Clear Candidate was in IDV Fail in Vetty but has since been cleared by the client or Vetty
