Health Screening Tags
Want a quick way to keep your team aligned on a candidate’s non-background-check status? Health Screening Tags let you add your own labels right inside the Vetty dashboard. Once enabled, you can even filter your dashboard by tag for super-fast sorting.
How to Enable?
Just email your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or support@vetty.co and let us know you’d like Health Screening Tags turned on. We’ll also need to know which users should have permission to set tags.
Your CSM will guide you through the setup!
What Tags are Currently Available?

You can enable as many tags as you want. Tags may grow over time as clients request more options.

- Health Screening Pending Results
- Health Screening Scheduled
- Vaccination Agreed
- Vaccination Declined
- Chest X-Ray Agreed

How Do I Add a Tag?

Once the feature is enabled, open any candidate’s Vetty Verified profile.

Look under their Vetty background status for Add a Health Screening Tag.

Click the dropdown to see all available tags for your account.

Select a tag → you’ll see a success message → the page refreshes.

Done!
How Do I Remove a Tag?

Open the candidate who currently has a tag.

Click the dropdown again and select Remove Tag.

You’ll get a success message, followed by a page refresh.
User Permissions
The following permission levels can automatically add/remove tags:
Super Admin, Super User, Occupational Health User
If a user doesn’t fall into one of these categories but still needs tag access, your Vetty CSM can customize their permissions during setup, just be sure to request it.
Users without tag-editing permissions can still view tags on both the dashboard and the profile page.
Does Vetty Update Tags?
Nope! Tags are fully controlled by your team. Vetty doesn’t add, remove, or automatically update any Health Screening Tags.
To see the most accurate background check status, always click into the Vetty profile and review the activity timeline plus the statuses of all checks ordered.
