How do I change my drug or other screening location?

We get it...life happens. Whether you’re traveling, have a scheduling conflict, or just need a more convenient spot, you might need to change your drug or health screening location.

No problem — just follow the steps below to make the change.

1. Log in to your Vetty Verified profile at applicant.vetty.co.
2. Scroll down to the Health Screening Checks section.
3. Click "Change Location" 
4. The system will ask, "Are you sure you want to change your location? If yes, the current order will be cancelled." Select Yes
5. Enter the zip code in which you would like to schedule the new screening. Select Search
6. Choose the location that works best for you, then click "Change Location."
7. Your new donor pass will be emailed to you, and you can also download it by selecting "Download Donor Pass."

Please be sure to go into the clinic before the service's expiration date.
