# How do I decide which package(s) are best for my company?

Choosing the right background check package doesn’t have to feel like solving a mystery novel. Start by looping in your HR and compliance teams, and make sure you’re aligned with industry standards, state requirements, and any other compliance must-haves.

A few questions to guide your decision:

- What types of charges or risks are you looking to avoid in your workforce?
- What screenings are required for your industry or location?
- Do you need drug testing or other health screenings?  
  Always follow local guidelines when building your screening strategy.
