How to Submit a Dispute Through Vetty

Log into your Vetty Profile: https://applicant.vetty.co/login

In your dashboard, open the dropdown next to the Check that contains the item you want to dispute.

Click Dispute next to the specific case.

Share a brief explanation of why you’re disputing the information.

You can upload legal or supporting documents if you have them (optional but helpful!).

- Confirm that all information you provided is true and accurate.
- Click Save to submit.
- Close the confirmation box and repeat for any additional items you want to dispute.

No worries, we can help. Call 1-855-468-3889 or email support@vetty.co, and our team can submit the dispute for you.
What Happens Next?
Once you submit a dispute, Vetty’s Disputes Team is automatically notified. They’ll review your case and respond within 30 days.
