How do I re-send the link to candidates to start their background check?

All Vetty candidates have a unique link emailed and texted (if enabled) to them to start their background check. Vetty automatically sends 5 follow up reminders to them if they do not complete the application form. The reminders are sent once every 24 hours.

Candidates who have not filled out the background check forms are in Pending Candidate status.

If you would like to re-send the reminder, you can do so from the Applicant page.

1. Click on the candidate you would like to remind from the dashboard. 
2. Select the "More Actions" 
3. Select Send Email Reminder to Start Application from the More Actions menu 
4. Add a Custom Message for the email
5. Click Send Reminder
6. The reminder will be received in the inbox of the candidate within 30 seconds.
