How do I submit a document?
Sometimes, as part of your background check, we’ll need a document or two from you. No worries! Uploading your document directly into Vetty is the safest and most secure way to share that information with us.
Here’s how to do it:
- Log into your Vetty Profile from your phone or any device at https://applicant.vetty.co
- There may be a red Attention box at the top of your profile asking for the document you need to upload. Please click on the underlined action for the box and follow the instructions.
OR - If there is no box, then click on the Documents button in the upper right-hand corner of your profile.
- If using your mobile device, you will select Menu and then Documents.
- Upload the document as an Additional Document using the browse option to find the file.
- If using your mobile device, you will be able to select from saved images or take a new photo with your camera.
- Reply to the email sent to you asking for the document letting us know that it was added.
