How do I submit a document?

 

You may need to upload a document into Vetty to complete your background check. Uploading the document into Vetty is the most secure way to send us sensitive information. Here is how you upload the document: 

  1. Log into your Vetty Profile from your phone or any device at https://applicant.vetty.co
  2. There may be a red Attention box at the top of your profile asking for the document you need to upload. Please click on the Underlined action for the box if that box is in your profile and follow the instructions.
    OR
  3. If there is no box, then click on the Documents button in the upper right-hand corner of your profile.
  4. Upload the document as an Additional Document
  5.  Reply to the email sent to you asking for the document letting us know that it is added.
