How long does a drug test result take?

Drug screening results generally return results within 3 to 5 days for Negative results.

Positive results are subject to confirmation testing and confirmation from the MRO (Medical Review Officer). Please allow up to 2 weeks for Positive results. 

If a positive was found and you have a prescription for the item, please contact the MRO. Their contact information can be found on the drug test MRO report.

Medical review officers always make several call attempts to you before reporting the positive result. Please ensure you answer their call or have free voicemail space for them to leave you a message. If you are unable to answer their call, please return it as soon as possible so they can report out the correct drug test result.
