How to Change a Candidate's Email?

 

If your candidate hasn't received the email invitation and reminders Vetty is sending, there is a chance their email is incorrect.

 

To Verify, search or click on the candidate's name in your Vetty account. In the Candidate heading, you will be able to see the email that Vetty is sending reminders to. If this email is incorrect, we will need to have it corrected by the tech team

Please email support@vetty.co with the candidate's Incorrect email and the email that it needs to be replaced with. Support will file a ticket with Tech and the change will be made in 24 hours. 

 

After the change is made, you can send a new Start Link to the candidate. To do this, please click on the More Actions... button

 

Then select Send Email Reminder to Start Application. 

A window will pop up. Here it is required to send a Custom message. Please write a message and then click Send Reminder
