      JazzHR Integration

      Learn how to connect Vetty with JazzHR

      Prerequisites: You must be a Vetty and JazzHR client to use this integration

      Follow the below to integrate Vetty with JazzHR

      1. Notify Vetty that you would like to use this integration by emailing support@vetty.co 
      2. The Vetty team will create an API key and securely share it with you
      3. Log into JazzHR and go to Settings, then to Integrations. Scroll down until you find Vetty. 
      4. Click More Details and then click Connect
      5. Insert the API key provided to you from Vetty and click Save Credentials. 

      This now connects your Vetty and JazzHR accounts. 

       

      To run a screening, go to the Candidate that you would like to run a screening on (in JazzHR)

      In the Assessment screen, you will see Vetty and be able to select which background check package you would like to run on this person. 

      You can click Select Package to choose which background check package to run on this particular candidate. Once saved, the candidate will be added into Vetty with that particular package. You will be able to view the background check status from within JazzHR as the background check progresses.
