# What do I do if my donor pass is expired?

Uh-oh, your donor pass expired? No sweat, it happens. We'll tell you what to do next.

### **First, What Does This Mean?**

Your Donor Pass is the document you bring to the clinic for your pre-employment health screening. Each one has an expiration date set by your prospective employer.

### **What to Do When it Expires?**

Reach out to your employer and ask them to generate a fresh donor pass. They can do this on their end by clicking the **Regenerate Donor Pass** button in your profile.

**Quick tip:** renewing it ASAP helps avoid delays in your start date!
