What do I do when my Donor Pass is Expired?

First, what does this mean? 

Your donor pass is a document that you must present to the clinic when you attend a pre-employment health screening. These passes have a specific expiration date, determined by your prospective employer.

What to do when it is expired?

Please reach out to your future employer to see if they can renew your donor pass for another section of time. This will need to be done on their side by clicking the "Regenerate Donor Pass" button on your profile.
