What's the status of my background check?

For a direct line of sight and up-to-date information, log into your Vetty Profile at applicant.vetty.co 

From your profile, you can look at the progress and see what is outstanding or complete on your background check. 

If your County Criminal is pending:

You can click on the drop-down below County Criminal, you can see which counties Vetty is searching. These counties are places you have lived in the past 7-10 years. Here you can see the estimated ETA for when your check should be coming back from the county.
Troubleshooting
Is this date passed? There may be a delay in one of the counties that we are searching in. You can view the US courthouses that are delayed here: Vetty US Court Delays.

If your ID Verification is pending: 

If your ID Verification is needing review, then you must work with the company you are seeking employment with. They may ask for additional information or need you to re-do the ID Verification if needed. 

If your health screening is pending:

It is common for drug tests and blood work to take 5 business days to result. If it is past this time frame, you can always reach out to Vetty at support@vetty.co to ensure the clinic properly logged your visit. Attaching any paperwork you received from the clinic during your visit will also assist with locating the record.
