What is the status of my background check?

For the most accurate, real-time updates, log into your Vetty Profile at applicant.vetty.co. Your profile shows each component of your background check and whether it’s complete or still in progress.

County Criminal Check Pending

If your County Criminal is pending, open the dropdown to see which counties are being searched based on where you’ve lived over the past 7–10 years. Each one includes an estimated ETA. If that date has already passed, there may be a courthouse delay. You can check current delays here: Vetty US Court Delays. For anything else, reach us at support@vetty.co.

ID Verification Pending

If your ID Verification is pending, you’ll need to connect with the company you’re applying to. They may request additional info or ask you to redo your verification.

Health Screen Pending

If your health screening is pending, remember that drug tests and bloodwork commonly take about five business days to finalize. If it’s been longer, contact us at support@vetty.co so we can confirm the clinic logged your visit properly. And sharing any paperwork from your appointment helps us track things down faster!
